ALL USERS (students and outside groups) should read and follow the Access Card information and Building Use Policy

Certificate of Insurance:  Any group that includes one or more non-UW student/Faculty/Staff/recent graduate is required to provide proof of 3rd party insurance.  More information can be found here.

SUMMER 2024

Please note the following restrictions during July 2024:

More notice for processing of Room Bookings:  During the summer, room bookings will only be PROCESSED on certain days; for this reason we recommend a minimum of 72 hours (3 WORKING days) notice.

Reduced availability: During the time the ACTF is a Â鶹´«Ã½ Fringe Festival Venue (July 17 - 28), availability will be limited to two studios, 0T19 and 0T10, only.

TO BOOK A ROOM IF YOU'RE A STUDENT

  1. See the information below about our various spaces and tips on booking.
  2. Fill out the Room Booking Form, providing as much information as possible.
  3. Submit the form as far in advance as possible, and at least one full business day (that is, not including weekends) before your date of request; same-day bookings may not be possible.  It usually takes at least 24 hours during the business week to process requests.  Requests received over the weekend will not be processed until the next business day (eg, don't send a booking on Friday night expecting a space Monday).
  4. Fill out ALL information.   The more information you're able to provide, the better we can assess your space needs.
  5. Confirmations are e-mailed to the requester once rooms have been assigned.
  6. Keep your confirmation.  You are required to have your confirmation with you as proof of your booking (in hard or electronic copy). You  may have to present your confirmation for access into the building, and Security Guards may check your confirmation in the building.  If you don't have yours with you, you will be evicted.
