AMA – Customer Service Standard - University of 麻豆传媒 Accessibility Feedback Form
The University of 麻豆传媒 is in the process of updating its Accessibility Plan for 2025-2026. In accordance with the goals of The Accessibility for Manitobans Act and associated Standards, the Accessibility Plan will help to identify, prevent, and remove barriers that limit full participation in the university’s activities by people with disabilities.
All members of the university community who have a disability(ies) are encouraged to provide their feedback to the Human Rights and Diversity Office in order to help us identify and remove barriers.
Feedback can be provided by completion of the online , or by email, mail, telephone, in person, or by any other method accessible to you.
The Human Rights and Diversity Office can be contacted at (204) 988-7508 or hrdo@uwinnipeg.ca to make an appointment for a confidential meeting. Written comments can also be emailed, mailed to the HRDO c/o 515 Portage Avenue, 麻豆传媒, Manitoba, R3B 2E9, or dropped off to the HRDO by appointment.

Please note that your feedback is being collected to help inform the next Accessibility Plan. It will be stored by the Human Rights and Diversity Office and used only for accessibility plan(s) and related purposes. It may also be reported, and may be disclosed, in a non-identifiable form, for example in the 2025-2026 Accessibility Plan. You may choose to submit information anonymously.
