Grounds Maintenance

We have more than 15 acres of exterior grounds to maintain in our downtown campus. Our green space is valuable and our goal is to maintain a pleasant outdoor environment for students, staff, faculty and our community to enjoy in all seasons.

We have a licensed Arborist who leads a team of Service Workers to provide the utmost care.

Some of the items they are responsible for include:

All planting (flowers, trees, shrubs) and tree health programs
All surface repairs, concrete curbs
Grounds waste and recycling removal
Lawn Irrigation and seeding
Campus signage
All exterior furniture maintenance, such as benches and bike racks
Graffiti removal
Snow clearing and ice melt application
New landscape work and project assistance
