Information for Employers
Several of our industry partners have told us that, "Hiring a University of Â鶹´«Ã½ Co-op student is good for business!"
There are many reasons that organizations hire UÂ鶹´«Ã½ Co-op students. One reason is that it gives organizations the ability to professionally fill a temporary void during the busy summer months without a long-term commitment. Co-op students are motivated, eager for hands-on experience and are able apply the skills they've learned in the classroom. They're the latest pool of talented employees that gives organizations a head start in finding a perfect fit for their full-time hiring needs down the road.

We also provide a well-planned series of seminars and events to ensure our Co-op Program is a success for the students. We also keep employers appraised of events that may be of interest to them.
Our office will provide mentorship to students and provide employers with Co-op information, and conduct evaluations with employers and students. Site visits are available upon request.
