As with other institutional communications, email sent from UÂ鶹´«Ã½ accounts should reflect the University’s brand standards. Faculty and staff are encouraged to observe the following e-mail guidelines, so as to convey a unified and professional image:

- Do not use wallpaper, photos, or background colours to format your email
- Stick with fonts that are easy to read, such as Arial or Calibri.
How to create your custom e-signature:
