As with other institutional communications, email sent from UÂ鶹´«Ã½ accounts should reflect the University’s brand standards. Faculty and staff are encouraged to observe the following e-mail guidelines, so as to convey a unified and professional image:

  • Insert an e-signature created with the generator below
  • Do not use wallpaper, photos, or background colours to format your email
  • Stick with fonts that are easy to read, such as Arial or Calibri.

How to create your custom e-signature:

1. Fill out the form below and click "Submit"
2. Click only once anywhere on the generated signature below to have it selected
3. Control + C to copy
4. Go to your email software and edit your default UÂ鶹´«Ã½ e-signature
5. Control + V to paste
