Âé¶¹´«Ã½:

Jim Silver is Professor and Chair of the Department of Urban and Inner-City Studies at The University of Âé¶¹´«Ã½. He has a long history of working with community-based organizations in Âé¶¹´«Ã½'s inner city, and has published extensively on urban poverty and Âé¶¹´«Ã½ inner-city issues.

His latest book is Solving Poverty: Innovative Solutions from Âé¶¹´«Ã½'s Inner City, published in 2016 by Fernwood Publishing. He has recently been actively involved in the creation of Merchants Corner on Selkirk Avenue, an innovative educational and student housing complex.
