Guest Seating
Seats at each ceremony will be assigned on a first-come basis. The doors to Duckworth Centre open 45 minutes before each ceremony begins. Tickets are not required for admission. Please note that Convocation will be webcast live, so individuals who are unable to attend can view the proceedings online. Visit our Webcast page for details.
Guests with accessibility needs who require special seating should speak to the ushers when they arrive and will be seated appropriately. Please note that the University does not provide wheelchairs.
Guests are asked to take their seats in the gymnasium no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. Late arrivals will need to wait until the academic procession concludes before entering the gymnasium.
Each ceremony is approximately two and a half hours in length.
